Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Citadel Ten LLC (“Citadel Ten,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit citadelten.com or get in touch. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you, and we never sell your information.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect what you enter — your name, email, business name, business type, and message, plus any optional details you add (website, phone, current tools, timeline, budget).
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.
  • Payment information. If you engage our services and pay an invoice, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the payment and billing details needed to process it — such as your card or bank information and billing contact. Citadel Ten does not receive or store your full payment card details.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential or active project, and keep the site secure and reliable.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How your information is shared

  • Service providers. We share information with a few providers that help us operate the site — our email provider (Resend) to deliver your message to us, and our hosting provider (Vercel) to serve the site. They process data on our behalf.
  • Payments. Payments and invoices are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe handles your payment information directly under its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) and PCI-compliant security; we share only the billing details needed to invoice you.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies & analytics

The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the contact form works without cookies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool — to understand aggregate site usage, such as page views and referring sites. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage a project relationship, after which we delete or archive them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve submitted by emailing alex@citadelten.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International visitors

Citadel Ten is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
